第四届“红船杯”嘉兴全球创新创业大赛正式启动，海外创业类项目火热征集中

第四届“红船杯”嘉兴全球创新创业大赛由太库（上海）企业发展有限公司、杭州传送门网络科技有限公司、杭州归新信息科技有限公司承办，并得到了教育部留学服务中心、浙江清华长三角研究院全面支持。本届大赛以“五色嘉兴,给你精彩”为大主题，共分创业和创新两个类别，创业类将会重点关注数字经济、先进制造、新能源和新材料、生命健康等四个领域，力求引进相关前沿科学和重点技术领域高层次人才和项目。

创业大赛由国内赛和海外赛共同组成。国内赛面向全国发布，以上海为中心举办四个领域赛区赛专场，海外赛面向全球发布，在嘉兴举办四个领域视频路演赛区赛专场，总决赛在嘉兴举行。

一、参赛条件

大赛公告发布之日尚未在嘉兴注册企业的创业人才，其中申报参加海外赛的人才，须在公告发布之日时未回国创业，申报国内赛的人才，须在公告发布之日时已回国，且符合以下

1、取得硕士及以上学历学位，有国内外创业工作经验或曾在国内外知名企业、机构担任过中高层管理职务。

2、拥有自主知识产权或发明专利，带有成熟的创业项目与计划，且技术成果达到国际先进或国内领先水平，符合嘉兴产业发展方向，核心技术的产品已处于中试或产业化阶段，有较好的的市场前景。

3、拥有结构合理的创业团队，创业模式及发展目标清晰，有明确意向在嘉兴创办企业。

4、申报人为项目第一自然人大股东，且分赛、决赛均由本人亲自参加，否则视为弃赛。 

二、参赛流程

      1、项目申报。 截至6月30日，参赛者登录“嘉兴人才在线”网站（www.i-jiaxing.com）红船杯大赛专页报名，填写申报表并上传附件材料。

      2、资格初审。7月上旬，大赛组委会对申报材料进行资格审查，确定入围初选名单。

      3、技术评审。7月中旬，大赛组委会委托权威机构开展人才项目技术评审，确定入围赛区赛名单。

      4、赛区赛。8月，由国内赛区和海外赛区分别组织实施，通过路演答辩方式每个行业决出一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖5名，两个赛区合计64名。各赛区各行业前2名共16个项目入围总决赛。

      5、总决赛。9-10月，在“星耀南湖”长三角精英峰会期间举行，决出特等奖1名，一等奖2名、二等奖3名、三等奖10名。 

三、创业类大赛奖金

      1、分赛区：一等奖8名，奖金2万元；二等奖16名，奖金1万元；三等奖40名，奖金0.5万元。

      2、总决赛：特等奖1名，奖金20万元；一等奖2名，奖金10万元；二等奖3名，奖金5万元；三等奖10名，奖金3万元。

四、项目落户配套政策

创业项目各赛区各行业的第1名视为A类、第2-3名视为B类，第4-8名视为C类。B类项目获得总决赛特、一、二等奖的，晋升为A类。所有A类项目在落地后由所在县（市、区）提出是否升级为A+类。所有获奖项目于2021年底前在嘉兴创办企业，符合“创新嘉兴·精英引领计划”创业人才项目条件并签订相关协议的，作为“创新嘉兴·精英引领计划”A+类、A类、B类、C类，列入当年创新领军人才，分别享受700-1000万元，500万元、300万元、200万元的创业资助，并授予“嘉兴市创业领军人才”称号。另将发放人才证书和人才绿卡，享受60万元的购房补贴以及创业扶持、成果转化、上市奖励等配套支持政策。

JiaXing Global Entrepreneurship & Innovation Contest

The contest is open globally to all high level talents with innovative ideas. Winners are awarded with generous prizes & bonuses. Prior to that, winners of the Entrepreneurship projects will be provided with a start up funding when setting an entity in Jiaxing of China. Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University, Zhejiang will be acting as a supportive platform. It jointly helps Award-winning enterprises and talents to connect with many reputable & well-known enterprises, investment institutions and R & D platforms. It effectively & efficiently provide a long-term guidance and support, in order to achieve a healthy growth & development after the contest.

Participant Requirements:

1. Target Industries of Projects: digital economy, advanced manufacturing, new energy & new materials and big health.

2. The entrepreneurial team which possess scientific and technological innovation achievements, should not have registered an enterprise in Jiaxing before the contest.

3. The applier of the entrepreneurial team members should possess at least a Master degree (or above),and is required to be the first majority shareholder in the team; shall attend the Industrial Divition Finale and Grand Fineale IN PERSON.

4. The team should own the ownership/IP of the contested products & technology, with no conflict of interest with any other enterprises’ technology or products.

5. The team should have capability and capacity in science and technology, to drive high growth and innovation. 

Contest Timeline:

Phase 1: Project Submission Deadline: June 30^th.

Phase 2: Preliminary Selection: By Mid- July.

Phase 3: Industrial Division Finale (Online Roadshow): Each industrial division will pick one 1st Prize, two 2nd Prizes, and five 3rd prizes (in a total of 32) via video roadshows by mid-August. The Top 2 prizes of each industry (total of 16) will compete in Grand Final.

Phase 4: Grand Finale: Generate one Outstanding Winner (A+), two 1st Prizes (A), three 2nd Prizes (B), and ten 3rd Prizes (C) between September and October.

Industrial Division Finale AWARDS:

1st Prizes: RMB 20K each

2nd Prizes: RMB 10K each

3rd Prizes: RMB 5K each

Grand Finale AWARDS:

Outstanding Winner: RMB 200K

1st Prizes: RMB 100K each

2nd Prizes: RMB 50K each

3rd Prizes: RMB 30K each

Supportive Policies in local:

Any of the winner projects register a business entity by the end of 2021, it is entitled for “Innovative Jiaxing Elite Leading Initiative” and enjoy support of RMB 7-10 Million, 5 Million, 3 Million or 2 Million, respectively.
